To surrender your pet, you must complete the surrender request form. It must be filled out completely. There is NO guarantee we can take your pet immediately upon request. Please understand that we may be full or may not have a suitable foster placement for your animal. A surrender fee may apply at the discretion of Coal Country Animal Rescue.
