The snap certificate program is funded through grants. As these funds are limited, snap certificates will only be honored while there is grant money available. You MUST have an appointment scheduled in the next 60 days to apply.
You must have an annual income under $50,000 to qualify. This is a grant requirement.
To apply please fill out the form. Please tell us how many certificates you are requesting. Max of 5 certificates per family. Please list the names/type of animal/sex/age.

Certificates are good for the designated amount off of the veterinary clinics fee on the cost of the spay/neuter. Not to for the exam or vaccinations. The rescue covers the costs of the certificates with grant money.
CAT-Spay is 60.00 off, Neuter is 40.00 off
DOG-Spay is 80.00 off, Neuter is 60.00 off
